A toast to 2019.
If your year was anything like mine, then I know that it was an emotional roller coaster! So many tears, yet so many smiles. As we prepare for 2020, here are 19 thoughts and things I want to encourage you to leave in 2019.

11. Blaming your past for your current situations.
10. People, environment, and circumstances that brings out the worst in you.
9. Thinking that you are stuck in your current job, relationship, or state of mind.
8. Bad habits that feed into your insecurities.
7. Needing confirmation from social media prior to executing a vision.
6. Putting your life on hold to help others get to where they want to be.
5. Thinking counseling is for the crazies.
4. Feeling like you can’t ask for help because no one understands what you’re going through.
